3. Payment Terms

• Initial Deposit: 30–50% of the total project cost is due upfront to secure the engagement.

• Final Payment: Remaining balance due upon project delivery or as per the agreed-upon schedule. 

Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, major credit/debit cards, and other verified electronic payment gateways. 

4. Revisions & Scope Adjustments

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality results. Minor revisions are typically included in the project quote. However, significant changes to the project scope after work has commenced may require a new quote or additional fees. 

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our work: 

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. 

• Refunds on completed milestones are generally not offered unless otherwise stated in the service agreement. 

• If a project is canceled by the client mid-way, payment will be due for all work completed up to that point. 

6. Ongoing Engagements

For ongoing retainer or support agreements, pricing is structured monthly or quarterly based on the agreed service level. Clients are encouraged to review contracts periodically to ensure alignment with evolving needs.
